The view from Skydeck was definitely cool, and I’m glad I got to see it, but the whole process of getting around felt way more confusing than I expected.

Am I missing something, or are the signs after the ticket scan and around the elevators just not that clear? We kept sort of following other people because we couldn’t tell where the line actually started or what floor we were supposed to head to next.

The staff were helpful when we asked, so that part was fine, but for the price I expected the flow to be easier. It felt like too much guessing, backtracking, and standing around unsure of where to go. 2 stars for me.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the snacks and drinks were actually really good. At first I was kind of just grabbing something to get by, but then I was pleasantly surprised. Nice little win.

I had a good time visiting theskydeck. The place was clean, which I always appreciate, and even the toilets were kept tidy. Everything was easy to find, and there was enough room to walk around without feeling too cramped. A few spots did get a bit busy, and I think more seating would make it even better. Still, it was a really nice experience and I was low-key excited to be there. I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a really nice time at Skydeck. I use a wheelchair, so I was a little unsure how it would go, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. The entrances, elevators, and viewing areas were all simple to get through.
The staff were helpful without making it feel awkward or like a big thing. They just stepped in when needed, and that made the whole visit feel comfortable. I felt included the whole time and would definitely say it was a good experience.

I’ve been using Skydeck for studying, the lessons are easy to follow. Some of it feels a little basic, but that can actually be nice when you’re trying to build things up step by step. It helped me pick things up faster and made studying feel less overwhelming.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and was expecting it to be a bit of a headache. But support got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and the refund came through without any issues. It felt really straightforward and fair, which definitely made me trust the service more. I really appreciated how easy they made it...

The interactive stuff was probably my favorite part, and I don’t really get why anyone would complain about it. The screens were simple to use, and it was nice not having to just stand there reading signs the entire time.
A few areas let you tap around and pick up little facts while still enjoying the view, which I thought was a good setup. My nephew got way more into it than I expected, so clearly it worked for more than just me.
Some spots did get a little crowded, but that’s not exactly shocking at a popular place. Once we got our turn, everything worked fine, and overall it was a really fun visit. I’d definitely go again.

The place wasn’t stressful, and after I explained what was going on, the staff were really friendly and helped me out quickly. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but this little gift shop actually had a lot of fun stuff to look through. There were plenty of cute things to bring home for different people, and I ended up liking it more than I thought I would.

I was disappointed with the photo package. A few of the pictures came out blurry, and the lighting was weird in some of them, so for the price I expected a lot better. The view itself was amazing, but the whole thing felt kind of rushed, like we were just another ticket number being moved along. I don’t think I’d buy the photos again.

We got our tickets through The Sky Deck and it was straightforward. I don’t remember all the details, but there wasn’t any weird issue when we got there or anything like that. The price seemed fair for what it is, and the view was really nice. We didn’t feel pushed along or rushed either. If you’re in Chicago and want to do it once, I’d say it’s worth the ticket.

Getting there was ridiculously stress-free. The parking was close enough that I didn’t feel like I was trekking across the planet, and leaving afterward was surprisingly simple too. I was bracing for chaos, but nope, smooth and easy!

I’m usually nervous with heights, so I wasn’t sure how I’d handle Skydeck. But it felt really safe, and nobody made you feel rushed or pushed into anything. The staff were calm and easygoing, and I could just take my time. i’m really glad I went.

The kids had a good time overall, so I’d still say it’s a nice place for families. It was just really busy, and the queues got long. When we asked about the wait, it kind of felt like we were being dismissed rather than helped, which was a little frustrating.

I really appreciated that they were upfront about the weather and visibility before we went up. I would’ve hated to waste the trip or miss out on the view because we were just guessing. The updates made it easy to decide, and we still ended up having a great time. Simple, but genuinely helpful.

I went around sunset after a super mentally draining day, the view was exactly what I needed. You could see so much of the city and the lake, and it looked unreal in that light. It was a little busy, but still totally worth it.

Just a warning for anyone planning to go: it can feel scary at first, especially if you’re not great with heights or new experiences. That said, once I got past the initial nerves, the views were absolutely amazing. The staff were really nice too, which helped a lot and made the whole thing feel safer and more enjoyable.

The Skydeck view was awesome, not gonna lie. But the wait was way longer than I expected, and the whole place was packed like a damn zoo. Even once we got up there, it was hard to really enjoy it or take decent pictures without people constantly in the way. Still worth checking out at least once, but do yourself a favor and go early if you can.
